职责描述:
Lead design and develop new products per customer specifications.根据客户的需求主导设计和开发新产品。

-Generate and maintain engineering productspecifications product and componentdrawings.制定并维护产品工程规

-Build prototypesample制作手工样件

-Coordinate new designvalidation.协调新设计的验证实验。

-Generate and maintain bill ofmaterial制定并维护相关产品的物料清单。

-Assistproductcostanalysis协助产品的成本分析。

-Assist ECN processinStoneridgeSuzhou协助公司的工程变更过程。

-Provide product knowledge support for quality department manufacturing andetc.对相关质量和生产等问题提供产品技术支持。

-Work with purchasing team to qualifynew componentvendors develop technical agreement for sourced and manufactured products.与采购部合作，对新供应商进行质量认证:为确定的产品制定技术评审。

-lmplement costreduction measures to reduce costs while ensuring product quality.在保证产品质量的前提下降低成本并实施测量。

-Others assigned by teamsupervisor上级主管部署的其它任务。

任职要求:
-Bachelor degree or above本科或以上学历

Minimum 5 years working experience in Automotive Industr y.五年或以上汽车制造行业经验。

-APQP，PPAPandIATF16949experience有APQP， PPAP和IATF16949经验。

-Goodcommunicationorganization&timemanagements
