教育程度：Education: 
- 机械，电子，车辆工程等相关专业大学本科及以上学历， 大学英语四级以上
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical, electronic, vehicle engineering or related field, CET-4 or 
above
工作经验：Working experience: 
- 3 年以上动力总成相关研发经验，2 年以上项目管理经验，在汽车行业至少 5 年工作经验
- At least 3 years powertrain related R&D experience, at least 2 years project management experience, 
at least 5 years working experience in automotive industry
专业技能要求：Professional Skills: 
- 了解汽车基本构造和原理，特别是动力总成基本知识
- Understand the basic structure and principle of automobile, especially the basic knowledge of 
powertrain
- 了解变速箱设计和传动原理，开发流程等专业知识
- Understand transmission design and transmission principle, development process and other
professional knowledge
- 了解新能源动力总成的基本知识
- Understand the basic knowledge of new energy powertrain
- 了解项目管理的基本知识
- Understand the basics of project management
