Platform Layout 20-40万

Brief description of this position:

The platform layout position is responsible for packaging and create layout of main components on the platform for EVs, PHEV, EREV etc., adaption or modification of the existing platform, packaging investigation and find concept solution to solve the clashes issues and promote an efficient layout and organizing the technical meetings with the collaborating teams and as well as synchronize with the upper-body (top-hat) teams.

 

Key tasks:

1.Layout the main components on the platform such as e-drive, HVB, in-bonnet system, chassis, and domain controllers etc.

2.Responsible for conducting competitor analysis for platform layout and build-up the database.

3.Responsible for defining dimension targets that relevant to platform.

4.Generating the package plan and master sections.

 

Qualification and skills:

1.Master in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering or similar.

2.Well-founded technical knowledge of the requirement for packaging the e-drive, DHT, thermal mgmt.

system, HV battery, domain controllers etc.

3.Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive industry R&D.

4.Deep understanding of automotive processes and procedures.

5.Familiar with tools like CATIA DMU, GSD, Sketches.

6.Knowledge of vehicle packaging and ergonomics standard.

7.Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English.
