High-speed Communication Algorithm Design Engineer
Job Description
1)  Serdes communication system algorithm design
2)  Digital signal processing of mixed-signal system
3)  Analog circuit behavior modeling
4)  Support verification of mixed-signal system
Requirement 
1)       MS or PhD degree in EE or Communication with an emphasis on digital signal processing and one of the following: communications systems or analog/mixed-signal integrated circuit design
2)       Familiar with commercial wireline or wireless communication specifications
3)       Familiar with the following programming languages : Matlab/simulink ,C/C++
4)       Familiar with digital signal processing algorithm and practical implementation skill(examples include adaptive signal processing, multi-rate signal processing, linear regression, knowledge of concepts such as cost functions, etc.)
5)       Experience with algorithm development for software and/or hardware
6)       Strong communication skills and ability to work in distributed development environment
 
Preferred Skills
1) Knowledge of basics in analog circuits, digital design, Verilog or VHDL
2) It is nice to have algorithm development experience about one of the following systems: Ethernet / PCIe /USB
3) It is nice to have analog or digital circuit design experience, like data converters and/or communication transceivers, hardware/software debug of such systems
