Job Title:         Technical program manager 
Location：Nanjing/Shanghai/Beijing/Shenzhen China  
Job description（工作描述）：
As a chip planner to provide a competitive and valuable solution to sales and customers. This role will consolidate a project scope by achieving technology feasibility and competitiveness study, working with global team to do resource and schedule planning, cost break down for quotation.
Responsibilities（职责）：
Follow up RFQ at pre-sales stage to understand and communicate with customer and global RD team to drive solution.
Architecture planner to propose total ASIC solution by studying application scenarios and RFQ.
Assessment to the feasibility, competitiveness and risk of proposed total solution.
Write proposal from technical point of view and drive cost down solution.
Keep good technical communication channel with customer during project execution. Follow up and drive solution on mismatching and changes from both side.
Requirements（要求）
Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering, CS, or closely related field. MSEE preferred.
5 to 10 years’experience on AI, GPU, HPC, Automotive and wireless system or chip development. 
Experience in chip interface and IP selections. 
Well known ASIC IC design, manufacturing and production flow.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skill are required.
Ability to follow through open issues under stress as a team player.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proven customer facing skills.
Able to travel to visit customer and our global sites.
