JOB DESCRIPTION:

Build up and manage PMIC design team, including hiring, training and reviewing the group members;

As project leader，in charge of the creation of project plan. Monitor and push the progress of the plan;

As expert in PMIC field , review spec and propose necessary spec revision

As a design expert in PMIC field, design, evaluate and verify system level model and define module’s spec  

Design, evaluate and verify analog circuits ( DC/DC、ADC、DAC、I/O、LDO、Charge pump,ESD etc.)

Oversee layout and verification activities which include floor plan, noise immunity, ESD, power density, timing, LVS and DRC

Oversee package design and verification activities include thermal and electrical parameters

Oversee validation and qualification activities in product development and qualification

 

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor or Master degree in ASIC design Relevant;

At least 8 years experience in field of DC/DC, PMIC IC design. and at least 3 years experience in project leader position.

Good fundamental in analysis and design of DC/DC buck converter model and circuit; experience in Verilog-A, and/or Matlab; ability to provide layout and verification/debugging guidance; Solid knowledge of EDA design tools (Analog artist, Specture, HSPICE and NC-Verilog ...);

Experience in any of the following areas is preferred: COT buck converter with very fast load transient performance, multiple phase DC/DC back converter,  

Good communication skills and Good oral/written English.
