1.1职位概述（Job Summary）
Response for analog IC design and verification.

1.2职责（Responsibilities）
1.2.1 Perform circuit design, analysis and simulation/verification to meet product specifications and application requirements.   
1.2.2 Work with project leaders to complete the project accurately and timely from product definition throughout mass production.
1.2.3 Support project leaders to interface and coordinate with other departments related to IC development.
1.2.4 Provide necessary technical support to layout designers.
1.2.5 Participate in product evaluation work.
1.2.6 Continuously acquire advanced technical skills and design methodology.
1.3 任职资格（Qualifications）
1.3.1   BS or above in Microelectronics-related fields.
1.3.2   BS with at least five  years of IC design experience;
MS with at least three years of IC design experience.
1.3.3  Technology with IC design, Semiconductor physics.
Knowledge of APQP、FMEA、SPC、PPAP、MSA tools。
