职位概述（Job Summary）

Response for supervising and coordinating application engineers to support design-in/design-win and technical support window for worldwide FAE on customer technical issues. Coordinate engineers to support new product system verification. Collect customer feedback and competitor’s information.

职责（Responsibilities）

Supervise and coordinate application engineers to support worldwide design-in/design-win activities.

Coordinate engineers to support new product system verification.

Communicate with customers/FAE/Sales to collect customer and competitor’s information

Support marketing for product definition and promotion activities.

Demo board system management.

 3.任职资格（Qualifications）
1.教育背景（Education）:

BS or above in EE.

2.工作经验（Work experience）MS with 5 years’ or BS with 8 years’ experience on (field/system) application engineering. Prefer experience on power supplies, LED drivers or Automotive etc.

3.知识和技能（Knowledge and Skills）

Expert on power electronics (topology, transformer, etc), power supply design (EMC,etc).

Good communication skills.

Self-driving.
