ATE测试工程师 25-50万

Job description:
TE team management including TE resource management, project scheduling/monitoring/reporting, TE training and team capability set up; 
Integrated circuitry test programs and hardware development, supplier and in-house test set up;
Production test capacity expansion and abnormal lot disposition;
Electrical yield and test efficiency improvement;
ATE product characterization;
Other engineering test support including product qualification, customer returned devices analysis and design debug, etc.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge on analog/digital circuitry principle and test methodology, test circuitry and H/W design;
C++ programming and Microsoft Office;
IC analytical capability and problem solving mind;
Good project management capability and communication skills including English capability;
Experiences on test development, IC test process and yield analysis/improvement are preferred.
