1. Job Summary
1.1 Involved in all aspects of the new product development process from feasibility, through specification development, circuit design and layout, silicon evaluation, and to final product release. 
1.2 Design and optimize analog circuit ensuring performance, power, and area targets meet requirements
1.3 Guide layout engineers in floor planning, routing, and DRC/LVS validation to minimize parasitic effect and ensure design robustness
1.4 Develop test plans (CP/FT), support silicon validation, and troubleshooting chip-level issues to improve yield and reliability
1.5 provides support to internal and external customer to assist in design-in of the company’s products.
1.6 Able to travel occasionally as needed.
2. Qualifications
2.1 MSEE or above degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or a related field of study 
2.2 2+ years of analog design experience in analog/mixed-signal circuit design, with a focus on power management related field such as DC-DC,AC-DC , LDO
2.3 Proven track record of releasing products to market.
2.4 Deep understanding of CMOS/Bi-CMOS/BCD processes, device physics and layout-dependent effects
2.5 Experience with ESD protection design and reliability analysis
2.6 Strong excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to communicate complex technical concepts in English (written/spoken)
2.7 Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions
