职位描述： 
Job Responsibility
1. New process investigation 
2. Process improved & Yield enhance 
3. L9 engineering experiment planning and analysis
4. Well handle project by self 
5. Improve design rules, structural and electrical specifications for alternative flows 
6. Work cross-functionally to analyze, and fix yield issues, performance, reliability, add process margin and reduce costs
7. Key technical condition change management and project analysis

Job requirement 
1. Master degree or above
2. Major in microelectronics, integrated circuit, chemistry, physics, material, etc.
3. Solid knowledge of basic semiconductor device Physics
4. At least 4 Years above experience in Process intigration or Yield analysis or Product enginnering
5. At least 4 Years above experience in DRAM /flash /Logic related Fab
6. Understand the complex problems, derive, explain actions taken to address them and drive team to execute
7. Well know jump/ingade EDA data analysis softwave
